We have our in-laws down here right now from PA area, so we bought a fresh turkey from a farm down the road and I made a full Canadian Thanksgiving dinner for everyone. The kids were off school for Columbus Day, so the timing worked out great this year. It doesn't always end up that CDN Thanksgiving is on Columbus Day, so sometimes the kids are stuck in school and we have to celebrate a day early.
Hope you had a great family day...great family, friends, and food...that's what it's all about!
