I started my baking frenzy yesterday.
However, I had to leave the house for about 4 hours, so I didn't get to bake as much as I had originally hoped, but I continued on with the baking obsession today.
In the last two days, this is what I've accomplished:
5 dozen buns
3 dozen cinnamon buns
2 dozen cheese pull-aparts
4 dozen coconut oatmeal cookies
3 dozen chocolate chocolate chip cookies
1 pan of chocolate chip cake
1 pan of fudgy brownies
1 dozen Saskatoon berry muffins
3 dozen bran muffins
2 dozen banana muffins
Everything has now been packaged and put into the freezer for future use.
I think I'll be set for at least a month now.

You were planning on sharing some of those Saskatoon berry muffins, right? I can't tell you the last time I had a saskatoon berry. It could be going on 15 years, likely closer to 20. I just never seem to be home when someone has picked fresh berries.
Great work on all of the baking. I did a baking marathon before summer so I wouldn't have to turn on my oven when it got hot outside, but those goodies are long since gone. With the cooler weather here now, I guess it is time for me to start putting a few baked goods away again.
I hope your foot is doing better soon.

since i am in the processing of starting meal planning in sept., i might have to add a day of baking once a month! it all sounds yummy!
HOLY SMOKES! I'm impressed if I can manage a batch of those cookies you can make from a tube. Nice work.
hey kim... would you mind sharing your cheese pull-apart recipe? sounds intriguing, and I'm always up for something new... you can email (prarietide@gmail.com) when you have a spare couple of minutes... thanks!
