Today is Canada Day. We are celebrating today--140 years of Canadian bliss.
We also celebrated my best friend's daughter's birthday. (Did you get all that?) Her name is Mikaela. She just turned 5 years old and both of my boys are in love with her. Ty's more in love with her than Mitchell, but they all adore each other. These three play so well together. They never fight. They are such a joy to watch. My boys never tire of getting together to play with their best girl friend.
It's such a blessing to have the friends that we do. It's great watching our kids grow up together and witnessing their own relationships develop from birth until now. I hope they'll always be friends.
