Today I am thankful for . . .
909. The gift of Guardian Snow Angels. I am sure they are the only thing that kept my vehicle on the road this morning as I worked my way through huge snow drifts, un-plowed roads, falling snow and wind. I got to work to find that the other teachers did not make it--they were stuck and stranded, advised by "people above us" to go back home for the rest of the day. School was cancelled and I slowly worked my way back to our warm and cozy house.
910. The gift of Baking with My Boys. This afternoon we spent time in the kitchen baking numerous things to share with others tomorrow.
911. The gift of Playing in the Snow. This is one of the reasons why I like winter so much:)
