Today I am thankful for . . .
308. The gift of Being Able to Keep My Cool despite the outburst of a nearing-teenage boy in a store because of shopping-for-clothes issues. Can't we just skip ahead to his adult life? I was hoping to embrace the teenage years, but some days I wonder how that's going to be possible . . .
309. The gift of Discovering New Recipes. Tonight's new recipe was for Brownie Sundae Cheesecake, which I am serving to a group of women tomorrow evening. I haven't tasted it yet, but if it's as good as it looks, I think it might be my new favourite.
310. The gift of Watching and Listening to my boys play a board game while I was making cheesecakes.
