More Productive

Well, I must say that since the 2010 Winter Olympics have ended, my productivity has increased considerably.  My post from a couple of weeks ago proclaiming my lofty goals could now be followed by an update reflecting productivity rather than failure.

I am pleased to report that our taxes are done and en-route to Revenue Canada.  Yeah!

I have actually been posting more on my blog lately, which has been quite therapeutic for me.  I got my Mission:  Sew-Possible blog up-and-running, which makes me happy.

My dryer issue continues to be an issue.  I'm going to devote an entire post to that saga, which will be entitled, "In About A Week".  Watch for it.

My sewing has been put on hold for a bit while I catch up on some other things that were totally neglected during the Olympics.  My house is finally getting back to some order.  It's still not where I want it (or need it) to be, but I'm slowly getting somewhere.  And, hopefully I can finish some sewing projects by the end of the week and perhaps get started on my boys' pyjamas one of these days!

The painting has been put on hold until I can do some wall repairs first.  In all my enthusiasm about painting (NOT!!!), I forgot about all the prep work I've got to do before I can paint on the color, which is called Champagne Glass.  Don't ask me to go into specifics on the color.  Once I'm done painting I'll post some pictures.

And, I believe my last lofty goal had something to do with exercise.  Well, that's still a lofty goal.  I've been battling a cold for over a month now, and I just don't feel like my body could handle exercise at the moment.  I'm trying to get sufficient sleep, but sometimes my efforts are futile in that department.
