737.  The gift of The Wind, which brought in some cooler air today.

738.  The gift of Recipe Development.  I am entering some cheesecake recipes (with photos, so I actually have to make the cheesecakes) in a contest known as The Real Women of Philadelphia Cheesecake of the Year.  The recipes are supposed to be original (however, I question how they will actually prove this, and I also question how thousands of women have come up with their "original" cheesecake when I see the same recipes over and over at the website).  Today I made two cheesecakes and hope to make at least one more, possibly two, for the contest.

739.  The gift of Sitting Down After Being on My Feet almost all day.  As soon as I'm done writing this post, I'm having a bubble bath.
