426. The gift of A Wonderful May Long Weekend. I think the last time I had such a great May long weekend was 15 years ago when I got married . . . this weekend I was able to see almost everyone in my wedding party (on the girls' side) except for one of my candle lighters. 427. The gift of An Ice Cream Sandwich Baking Pan. My friend, Daphne, who was visiting from afar this weekend, blessed me with a special gift--a pan especially designed to make the cake/cookie part of an ice cream sandwich. This pan is so cool . . . and it worked so slick. Pictures follow below.
428. The gift of Eating Leftovers at Mealtime, and everyone being okay with it. I have a lot of food in my fridge right now--that needs to be eaten soon. It's great to have such variety . . . hopefully we can eat it all before it starts going bad. I think I may have over-shopped for groceries on Friday . . .
