Happy Birthday, Jesus!

So, here it is, exactly 3 months since my last post.

I'm seriously considering putting this blog on the back-burner permanently . . . it seems like I never have enough time in my week to write my thoughts down to share with you all . . . whomever "you all" is . . . I don't think many people are reading this thing.  Facebook status lines are easier to write; quicker to compose; and reach a larger audience.  "Audience".  That's not why I write, but it is a lot more fun to write when you know someone else is reading it.

So, Christmas.  Here it is again.  We've already celebrated with Mitchell and Ty.  We did that yesterday.  Tonight we have our Candlelight Service at church and then tomorrow we're back at church again and then off to spend time with my side of the family for a few days.  We are close enough to my parents that we can come home to our own beds for night, which is nice, but it also means a lot of driving.

I am really looking forward to seeing my sisters and their families, plus my brother and his family.  We always seem to have lots of fun visiting, eating and playing games.  I have been blessed with a great family of incredible people.

This post must now end.  But I wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a great new year led by our amazing Lord.

Merry Christmas Kimmy! I just want you to know that I still look for you here and read your blog. I have a Facebook account, but NEVER go on it and honestly, I haven't managed to "get" what all the hype is about. Status updates don't hold a candle to reading details and hearing all about somebody's thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I wish you all the best in the new year!

Merry Christmas!

I enjoy reading your blog, but understand the convenience of posting on facebook and the satisfaction of quick feedback. I am taking a facebook break, but I'll look you up when I go back.

Have a wonderful new year!
