WELCOME to all of you who have visited my site in order to enter my contest. My prize is something I am making. I have no picture to show you because it's not finished yet. But what I'm working on is a collection of recipes which will be in book form for you to enjoy.

F.Y.I. . . I love to bake and cook. It's a passion of mine and I'm often asked for recipes of dishes and desserts I bring to functions for family and friends. Kimmy's Collection of Recipes will be just that . . . a collection of sought-out recipes plus some of my own personal favorites.

Included in my Collection will be a recipe for Caramel Apple Cheesecake, Baked Corn, Cottage Cheese Souffle Salad, The Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies, Crusty Brownies, Secret-Ingredient Pancakes, Sweet and Sticky Bacon, and a whole lot more!

I've been working hard at creating my cookbook for the winner of my bloggy prize contest!

I am having so much fun doing this!

The really cool thing about my recipe book is that the recipes are completely protected by plastic, and the book is capable of standing upright! All by itself! So, when you're in the kitchen cooking and baking, the recipes won't be damaged by food splatter, and you will have an easier time following the recipes because of the handy-dandy stand-up mechanism.

Did I mention that I'm loving this? Oh yeah. I did. But it's so fun! It's always been a goal of mine to create my very own cookbook, and now it's becoming a reality! I can hardly wait to give it away . . .
