Here's one I can touch on...I've been to all of those places!"

Imagine my surprise, when I found out I had already posted a comment on this exact same post 5 years ago! I guess I have finally managed to come full circle. I must be at the point where I started reading your blog nearly 5 years previous.

Things haven't changed much in 5 years. Part of my comment included, "I have really been enjoying your blog. I am so glad that I found it this week. I love seeing the little glimpses of home. I am desperately homesick for the prairies, but it doesn't look like I will be moving back anytime soon."

Guess what though? I will be in Saskatoon airport around 2pm on Friday!!!Michellehttp://www.northofthe49.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7278234574421715715.post-45506923520180395192007-07-27T12:25:00.000-06:002007-07-27T12:25:00.000-06:00I remeber when the location that is Chianti's now ...I remeber when the location that is Chianti's now used to be Max's Diner. I loved that restaurant, especially their mud pie. I wish it wouldn't have closed. My new favourite restaurant there (keeping in mind that I make it to S'toon about once every three years or so) has been Moxie's with their white chocolate brownie. We used to love Mykonos and The Keg as well. I'm not a fan of Fuddrucker's but then again, I don't care for hamburgers. My husband loves it. There is never enough time to get to all of our favourites when we go back so we end up being really selective.

Do they still have Capone's Little Chicago Pizza? I loved that, especially after College Inn Pizza shut down. They don't know how to make decent pizza in the U.S. All of their pizzas are built upside down with the cheese first and then the toppings, unlike how they make them in Canada with the cheese going on last.

I have really been enjoying your blog.
